Andy Spector, Managing Partner, and Treasurer of NGC224 Consulting, LLC, has decades of experience in engineering and management of high technology businesses.  He has held various marketing, sales, and business development positions with several manufacturers of fiber-optic components over the last 25 years and has called on a range of clients covering telecommunications, Datacom, aerospace, and government research.  He currently operates an independent consulting company, AMS Photonics, LLC in which he assists clients develop business through sales, marketing, and proposal development services.  Mr. Spector started his career in the aerospace industry as an engineer designing thermal control systems for communication satellites.  He holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, Palo Alto, CA, and an BS in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana, IL.

Doug Cohen, Managing Partner, and President of NGC224 Consulting, LLC, has two decades of experience in engineering and management in the construction equipment business.  He has led the operations aspect of the company, including engineering, production, and purchasing.  He has worked with and formed global supply chains, and has worked with many aspects of finances involved in international business. He has led all elements of design from concept through to customer end use.  He currently holds 7 US patents.  Additionally, he is heavily involved in STEM education, is on the board at the The Works museum of Newark Ohio, and is an advisor on the Department of Education Plan Development Committee.  He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA.

Suzanne Tkach, Managing Partner and Vice President of NGC224 Consulting, LLC, is a specialist in forging and metal forming processes.  Suzanne is dedicated to strengthening North American forging and manufacturing industries by providing specialized engineering capabilities and education services. As the owner of Tkach Consulting LLC, she works across the automotive, aerospace, medical, defense, primary metals and energy sectors and has extensive experience designing, developing and launching manufacturing processes.
She is passionate about engineering education and developing the next generation of forging and manufacturing professionals. Since 2001 she has served on the Ohio University Mechanical Engineering Industrial Advisory Board Member which plays a key role in the program ABET accreditation process. She continues to support the forging industry through financial contributions and volunteering. She has served as a Forging Industry Educational and Research Foundation (FIERF) Trustee VP, Forging Industry Association (FIA) Technical Committee Chairperson, FIA Technical Conference Organizing Committee, and FIA Women’s Scholarship Board Member. Suzanne holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University, Athens, OH.
